Missy Muller started Done Done Fitness because her story was the same story many of our clients face. She too had to overcome all the obstacles that keep people from living a healthy life.

Are drop-ins available for personal training?
No. Personal training requires assessment and individualized programming and is not offered as a drop-in service.
Do drop-ins include coaching?
Yes. All drop-in sessions are fully coached and follow our current HYROX / DEKA training structure.
Who are HYROX / DEKA drop-ins best suited for?
HYROX / DEKA drop-ins are well suited for a wide range of athletes, including: -Beginners with no prior HYROX or DEKA experience who want a coached introduction -Athletes looking to test training before committing to a program -Competitors preparing for an upcoming event who want race-specific practice -Athletes seeking coaching on form, technique, and movement standards -Individuals who want to participate in structured, coached hybrid training sessions All drop-in sessions are coached and scalable to experience level.
Is personal training beginner friendly?
Yes. Personal training is fully customized and ideal for beginners who want guidance, confidence, and proper technique.
Can personal training help with menopause or bone density?
Yes. Training focuses on strength, muscle support, and bone-loading exercises appropriate for women in perimenopause and menopause.
Do you work with post-rehab or injury history?
Yes. We frequently train clients transitioning from physical therapy and follow guidance provided by their healthcare professionals. When appropriate, we coordinate with physicians and physical therapists to support safe, progressive strength training once medical clearance has been given.
Do you offer semi-private personal training?
Yes. Semi-private options are available for those who want individualized coaching in a small group setting. 1 Coach to 6 Client ratio.
Is HYROX or DEKA training beginner friendly?
Yes. Our HYROX and DEKA training is beginner friendly and fully scalable. Workouts are coached and adjusted based on experience, fitness level, and injury history.
Is HYROX training safe for adults over 40 or 50?
Yes. Many of our HYROX and DEKA athletes are over 40 and 50 while several of our podium winners are in their 60s and 70s! Training emphasizes strength, recovery, joint health, and smart conditioning rather than excessive volume.
Do you offer drop-in HYROX or DEKA training sessions?
Yes. We offer drop-in training options for HYROX and DEKA athletes when space allows. Drop-ins are coached sessions, not open gym
Do I need to compete to join HYROX or DEKA training?
No. Many members train for the strength, endurance, and structure without competing. Competition is optional, not required.
What’s the difference between HYROX and DEKA?
HYROX combines running with functional strength work in a larger endurance format. DEKA offers multiple formats, including DEKA Strong (no running), DEKA Mile, and DEKA Fit.
Is Strong HER beginner friendly?
Yes. Strong HER is beginner friendly and designed for women who are new to strength training or returning after time away, injury, or lifestyle changes.
Does Strong HER help with bone density?
Yes. Strength training is one of the most effective ways to support bone density. Strong HER focuses on progressive, weight-bearing exercises designed to protect joints while supporting long-term bone health.
Is this program only for women in menopause?
Strong HER supports women in perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause, as well as women in their late 30 ad early 40s who want hormone-aware strength training.
How is Strong HER different from regular personal training?
Strong HER uses a hormone-aware approach, adjusting training volume, intensity, and recovery to support women’s changing physiology through perimenopause and menopause.
How do I sign up to get started?

How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
Do I get the chance to meet new friends?
Yes. We like to organize our fitness classes into small groups, as this allows you to meet others.
What sets you apart from other gyms?
We are a community of people that share the same fitness journey as you. We are here to build each other up - if you win, we all win.
How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 5 a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.
Do you provide free refreshments there?
We have filtered water available to our members. Other snacks and drinks are available for purchase.
Do I have to be fit to join?
No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
Our class programming will include a strength portion in which you’ll work on something like Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting, or bodyweight strength or you may work on a skill like handstand push-ups. After the strength or skill portion of the class is complete, most days will involve a workout that was programmed for that specific day. Workouts can be anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes or more.
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?
No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
